How do I know if you ship to my location?
We ship to almost very location! The Americas, Europe, United Kingdom, Oceania and Asia.
How much does shipping cost?
I am so glad you asked. Shipping is free!
What if i am not satisfied with my order?
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to begin the process and we will advise where the item is to be returned to in order for the refund to be processed.
If I return an order, when will I receive my refund?
Once we have received an item which has been returned, the refund process will only take a couple of business days. For damaged items, we will process the refund as soon as we have verified the damage (photos sent through by you).
What if my product has been damaged in transit?
Whilst not ideal, we do understand that these things can sometime occur in the logistical business. But thats not your fault, so as long as you can provide us with some images, we will arrange to have a replacement sent out to you, free of charge.
How can I track my order?
After you have placed your order, and it has been shipped - you will receive tracking information for your order.
Where are your products sourced and shipped from?
We curate all of our pieces from only trusted suppliers whom we have forged strong relationships with. Primarily, we work with suppliers based in both the USA and China, with products shipped from our warehouse in both the USA and China, dependent on the product.
What if I cant find what I am looking for from Valencia & Lane?
Well, we would hope you let us know - contact us and tell us what it is you are looking for and we will try our best to provide you with options for your consideration. Whilst we have only hand selected our most popular pieces to display on our website, our catalogues are vast.
